After extensive engagement through workshops and interviews, simple tools like asynchronous multiple-choice forms helped time-poor stakeholders prioritise initiatives effectively. In addition to this, early storyboarding made it easier to bridge the gap between current and future states, especially for stakeholders restricted by legacy perspectives. This helped to bring emerging concepts to life and making them feel achievable.
